Daniel 'Raz' Rasmussen is a Bristol based Filmmaker. Producing factual entertainment and natural history documentaries for the BBC, Discovery, Animal Planet, National Geographic and Terra Mater, amongst others.
An avid self shooter and photographer Raz mixes his time between television, commercial and short films, where he enjoys the creative challenges of each format. His passion is for filming the extremes of both nature and of the human spirit. whether directing aerials over wind swept Patagonia, or setting up unsupported camps in the Arctic, Raz believes in personal story telling, the wonders of abstraction and high production values; be it directing first time presenters in fast turnaround productions, or multi camera underwater extravaganza's.
